How to Start an Online Business For $75.00 or Less
Many people who have an interest in starting a business
on the Internet have the idea that it will cost them a
lot of money to get it going. This misconception probably
stops many potential Internet marketers in their tracks.
It also couldn't be farther from the truth.
An Internet company, unlike a brick and mortar business
has very little overhead to speak of. Depending on what
sort of business you might start, the costs can actually
be almost nonexistent.
One of the quickest and least expensive ways to get
started in your Internet marketing career is to join
a good affiliate program or two. Another way you can
get your feet wet in the cyber-sea is to purchase and
sell products with resell rights. In this case, unlike with
affiliate programs where you get a commission for what
you sell, resell rights products allow you to keep 100%
of the sale price of your goods.
You can purchase resell rights to quality ebooks and
software products for as little as $20 to $30. A quick
search for the terms "resell rights" on Google or any
other major search engine will produce plenty of
products for you to choose from.
There are a few very good membership sites that are
tailored to resell rights products as well. One of the major
advantages to joining a membership site is that you are
not having to constantly pay sometimes steep prices to
purchase your next product to resell. A site like

very small monthly fee and you get to choose from literally
hundreds of products at any given time.
You can of course do individual searches every time you
need a new product to sell, but it's a good idea to sell
more than one product at a time to create multiple streams
of income for your new business. My choice is to let

one place for me. It will also save you a ton of money.
Once you've made your purchase you'll have control and
be able to sell the products yourself and keep 100% of the
profits. A major advantage over affiliate programs in my
book. Selling digital products online has other advantages
as well. Digital products don't need to be stored and they
cost almost nothing to deliver.
Okay, let's take a look at what this has cost you so far:

Now you'll need to get a domain name so you can have
a website of your own. A place to sell your products on
the web. You can get a domain name for $8.95 per year
at http://www.godaddy.com.
We're up to $33.95. Think we'll make it under the wire?
Next you'll need a web host. The cost of web hosting
varies tremendously, but you can get a good host for as
little as $9.95 per month. There, you have all the basic
necessities that have a cost associated with them.
You will need a payment processor so you can take
credit card orders, but that you can get at no cost by
opening accounts at Paypal.com and StormPay.com.
Well, it has cost you $43.90 to set up your Internet
Marketing business. Kind of hard to believe isn't it? Do
you think you can afford it? Well then, get started.
Owning your own Internet marketing business will
allow you freedom to do what you want, when you
want and to me, that is a blessing beyond words.
Oh? What should you do with the $31.10 you still have
left of your original $75.00 investment? Go to a movie
perhaps? Buy a pizza or two for dinner? Hey, you're
running your own business now. You can't be so
frivolous. Use it to buy advertising for your new business.
